Hey, I’m Trish, founder of The Bean & Bubble. We poured our first lattes out of a flamingo-pink trailer, and while she still pops up around town, our new home is inside Citrus & Sage Bookstore in Brooksville. It’s coffee, plants, and books all under one roof - basically the dream hangout spot.
